NEW WORKSHOP - Bread and Butter  

 

Helena Pollard has developed this hands on workshop for artists who would like to make money or earn a living from their art.  Helena has combined her high level skills over many years of running businesses with her obvious knowledge of the artistic ‘mind set’ to create an artist friendly program that addresses the particular needs of the artist. Helena works closely with participants to identify how they would like to design their lives and find ways to achieve this and overcome the obstacles that hold them back.  Participants will develop plans to achieve their goals in a friendly and supportive environment that encourages us all to start living our dreams.  4 sessions of 3 hours investment- $140.00 This workshop is conducted over a series of four half day workshops or over a weekend.  Helena also conducts one-to-one sessions and on going mentoring programs.  ‘Bread and Butter’ can also be delivered as a talk or workshop session for interested groups of artists. 

 

Talks: Helena presents an hour to two hour (depending on arrangements) interactive session that is delivered in a hands on workshop format.  Helena uses an interactive game that is loads of fun to highlight the particular ways artists approach their art practice.  She deals with the barriers we need to overcome when trying to be business people dressed in artists clothing.  How do we combine the two? - Helena shows us how to make the leap with our art passion intact to run a successful art practice.
